PreambleIndividual Entrepreneur Mokobo Krist Lyudvikovich (ИП Мокобо Крист Людовикович), INN 522602521402, OGRNIP 323508100033571 dated 24 January 2023, hereinafter the “Provider”, offers legally capable individuals the opportunity to enter into an agreement for services and access to the Nomio digital service on the terms below.
The Offer is intended primarily for consumers purchasing services for personal, family, educational, and everyday needs. Organisations, universities, agencies, group bookings, and business use require separate written terms.

Usage Unit | AI Unit — an internal unit deducted from the Nomio AI quota according to the type and complexity of an operation; it is not a model token, currency, electronic money or property. |
Business Day | Monday–Friday, Moscow time, excluding Russian public holidays. |
Service Card | the Package description on the Website or in the Official Bot, including price, period, scope, limits, geography, payment channel and exclusions. |

2.2. The precise subject is defined by the Service Card, Order parameters, and Appendix 1. The Service Card displayed at payment forms part of the agreement and is retained with the applicable Offer version.
2.3. Nomio sells its own work and digital access. Nomio does not sell or guarantee a visa, invitation, admission, state decision, bank account, money transfer, accommodation, insurance payment, diagnosis, medical result, employment, income, or judicial outcome.
2.4. Services are remote unless the Service Card expressly states an in-person format. In-person services are subject to geography and resource confirmation.
3. Acceptance and contract formation3.1. Before ordering, the user reviews this Offer, the Service Card and the separate Privacy Policy. Personal-data consent is collected separately.
3.2. A paid service is accepted by selecting a Package, completing required fields, affirmatively accepting the Offer through an unticked checkbox, confirming recurring-payment terms where applicable, and making payment.
3.3. A free service is accepted by submitting the relevant form or Official Bot command after confirming the applicable terms.
3.4. The agreement is formed when the Provider receives reliable server confirmation of payment, or when the system accepts a free-service request.
3.5. For Website payment, the Payer and Beneficiary may differ. The Payer must correctly identify the Beneficiary but does not obtain access to the Beneficiary’s correspondence or personal data. An adult Beneficiary gives their own data-processing consent; a legal representative acts for a minor.
3.6. For a Telegram Stars subscription, the Payer and Beneficiary are the user of the Telegram account from which payment is made and to which access is activated.
3.7. Before acceptance, Nomio may reject an Order due to unavailable resources, unsupported geography, unlawful purpose, unsafe data handling or an obvious mismatch with Nomio’s competence.
4. Ordering, activation and input data4.1. An Order is placed on the Website or in the Official Bot. The user selects a Package and payment channel and provides accurate data required for performance and Beneficiary identification.
4.2. After payment confirmation, the Provider sends confirmation, a questionnaire, link, code or other activation instruction. Expiry of a technical link or code does not cancel a paid Order; support may reissue instructions after payment verification.
4.3. A Telegram Stars subscription is activated only after Nomio receives Telegram’s successful-payment event. Creating an invoice, opening the payment window or approving a preliminary check does not activate access.
4.4. A subscription paid by card on the Website is linked to the Beneficiary’s Telegram account after payment confirmation and completion of the activation instruction. Unless the Service Card states otherwise, the 30-day period starts on successful activation, not on opening the payment page.
4.5. The Customer supplies complete, readable and current information. Nomio may request clarification, new scans, translation or proof of authority.
4.6. The period for a personalised service begins after all usable data is received and, where required, specialist or resource availability is confirmed.
4.7. Time awaiting the Customer is excluded from the service period. After 30 calendar days without a reply, Nomio may close the Case. Reopening depends on resources and a new deadline calculation, without removing the right to cancel and receive a refund calculation under Section 15.
4.8. A change of city, flight, budget, family composition, task, language, document volume or another material parameter after work starts may be additional scope requiring separate price and timing agreement.
5. Timing, deliverables, and corrections5.1. Timing is stated in the Service Card and Appendix 1. Standard human-support hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 Moscow time, excluding public holidays.
5.2. Deliverables may include PDF, document, table, Telegram message, links, route, message templates, online session, lesson, bot access, or a combination.
5.3. A personalised one-off service includes one correction of a factual error or mismatch with the original questionnaire, requested within five calendar days. A new task or changed input is not a correction.
5.4. Failure to make immediate comments does not waive statutory rights concerning hidden defects.
5.5. The period may be extended while awaiting the user, a third-party reply, government system, bank, clinic, insurer, or another external system. Nomio informs the user of a material delay.
6. Price, currency, and external costs6.1. The binding price is shown before payment in the selected channel: Russian roubles for Website payment or Telegram Stars (XTR) for payment inside Telegram. A paid price is not changed retroactively.
6.2. The RUB price and XTR price are independent fixed prices and are not converted from one another at an exchange rate. The user’s cost of acquiring Stars is determined by Telegram, the platform, country, taxes and the available method of purchasing Stars.
6.3. A USD or other currency equivalent is indicative only. For card payment, the issuing bank and payment network determine conversion and possible fees.
6.4. A crossed-out, launch or promotional price is displayed only with truthful conditions and duration. Free guides are marked “free” without an artificial former price.
6.5. Third-party costs are excluded unless the Service Card expressly states otherwise, including insurance premiums, rent, deposits, government fees, notary, interpreter, lawyer, advocate, estate agent, transport, tickets, parking, tolls, clinic, medicines, tests and other external payments.
6.6. Additional costs are approved before they arise. Significant third-party amounts should, where possible, be paid directly by the Customer to the final supplier.
7. Payment, 100% prepayment, Robokassa, Telegram Stars and receipts7.1. Unless the Service Card expressly states otherwise, paid Packages are supplied on a 100% prepayment basis.
7.2. Card payment on the Website is processed through Robokassa or another payment provider identified before payment. Foreign-card availability depends on country, issuing bank, card type, payment network and current restrictions; successful payment from every country is not guaranteed.
7.3. A digital subscription purchased inside Telegram is paid in Telegram Stars. Acquisition of Stars, their retail cost and availability are governed by Telegram and the relevant platform.
7.4. Payment is confirmed only when Nomio receives the relevant provider’s server notification. Opening a Success page or returning to the chat is not by itself proof of final settlement.
7.5. For card payment, the user provides an e-mail address or telephone number for an electronic fiscal receipt. Full card details are entered on the payment provider’s side and are not received by Nomio.
7.6. For Stars payment, Nomio does not request a name, telephone, e-mail address, postal address or card details through the payment form. Telegram’s transaction confirmation does not replace documents the Provider must issue under applicable law.
7.7. Fiscal receipts are formed in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ. Where a payment is prepayment, a receipt may be formed when prepayment is received and a final receipt when it is applied or the relevant service stage is completed. A receipt may be delivered by the Provider, fiscal-data operator or an engaged payment/fiscal service.
7.8. A Website payment may be made by a third party with the payment-instrument owner’s permission. Refunds are normally returned to the original instrument where technically possible and lawful.
8. Subscription and recurring payments8.1. Commercial Nomio AI access is provided for 30 calendar days. The payment channel determines renewal.
8.2. A Telegram Stars subscription renews automatically every 30 days on the terms and for the XTR amount displayed before purchase. Each successful recurring payment buys the next 30-day period.
8.3. The user may electronically cancel or, where Telegram permits, re-enable Stars auto-renewal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not end access before the current paid period expires.
8.4. Card payment on the Website buys one 30-day period without auto-renewal by default. The user pays for the next period independently.
8.5. Card auto-renewal may be introduced only where expressly stated in the Service Card and payment form, separately agreed and accompanied by an electronic cancellation method. Once further use of payment details is rejected, no new recurring charges are made to those details.
8.6. A failed renewal does not terminate the current paid period. After that period expires, access is suspended until a new successful payment.
8.7. Cancelling auto-renewal is not a request for a refund for the current period. Cancellation of an already paid service and refunds are governed by Section 15.
8.8. A material change to price, period, subscription scope, auto-renewal or refund terms applies to an active subscription after advance notice and renewed consent where required by law or payment-platform rules.
9. Nomio AI9.1. Access is personal. Account sharing, automated mass requests, bypassing limits or processing third-party documents without a lawful basis is prohibited.
9.2. Commercial plans and standard limits are shown below. A Service Card may grant a more favourable scope but may not reduce a quota already paid for.

9.6. Unused premium AI Units granted for paid Nomio AI periods are not cancelled solely because a period ends. On a new successful paid period, the standard premium quota is added to the retained balance, and retained units may be used under any active paid Nomio AI plan.
9.7. Without an active paid period, retained paid premium units remain recorded but cannot be used until a new payment. They do not extend access, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be revoked following a refund of the corresponding payment, chargeback, fraud or another lawful basis.
9.8. Basic AI Units, bonus AI Units and unused Coordinator requests apply only during the relevant period and do not carry over unless the Service Card expressly grants a more favourable term.
9.9. AI may be wrong, outdated or non-unique. The user must verify important information. AI is not a doctor, advocate, bank, university, immigration authority or other public body.
9.10. Fraud, document forgery, circumvention of law or payment restrictions, harm, unauthorised access and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Access may be restricted after a recorded violation.
9.11. Full passports, medical records, card details and third-party data must not be uploaded to the ordinary AI chat. Designated document scenarios must be used.
10. Human support10.1. One Coordinator request means one connected question or Case in asynchronous correspondence: up to 30 user messages within 72 hours after the Coordinator’s first reply, ending with one consolidated answer or instruction.
10.2. A call, video session, real-time interpretation, representation or continuous live chat is excluded unless expressly included in the Service Card.
10.3. Nomio is not a 24/7 emergency service. For danger to life or health, detention, fire or another emergency, the user must contact official services. A Coordinator may provide contacts and organisational navigation during business hours or within a confirmed Concierge Package.
11. Partners and regulated services11.1. Nomio may engage employees and contractors and remains responsible for the service it has undertaken within statutory limits.
11.2. Work requiring a licence, professional status, or separate regulated agreement is performed by an independent Partner. Before that element begins, the user is told who provides it and who receives payment.
· Nomio does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment;
· Nomio does not act as a bank, payment operator, exchange office, or custodian of client funds;
· Nomio does not provide advocacy, notarisation, or representation unless a properly qualified Partner contracts separately;
· Nomio does not guarantee the decision of an insurer, clinic, landlord, university, bank, employer, court, or authority.
11.4. When Nomio receives a referral fee from a Partner, this does not increase the price already agreed with the Customer unless clearly stated. The user remains free to choose another provider.
12. Customer obligations· provide accurate and complete data and timely updates;
· review deliverables and deadlines;
· not submit another person’s data without authority and consent;
· not request illegal conduct or false documents;
· protect account access;
· make critical decisions with competent professionals;
· pay agreed third-party costs and Partner services.
13. Provider obligations and rights13.1. Nomio performs the Package actions, observes the agreed period after complete data, corrects its factual errors, provides support within paid limits, and applies data-protection measures.
13.2. Nomio may seek clarification, refuse an unlawful task, pause the period while data is missing, prevent abuse, and replace a coordinator/contractor without reducing the agreed service.
13.3. Access may be terminated for a material violation after notice where prior notice is possible. Financial consequences are calculated under Section 15 and mandatory law; the entire price is not automatically forfeited.
14.2. The standard bonus is 30 calendar days, 100 premium AI Units followed by up to 300 basic AI Units on an economical model, with no extra Coordinator requests beyond the main Package.
14.3. The bonus activates automatically when the main paid Package starts or is activated, but not before payment confirmation and readiness to begin the service. One eligible Order grants one bonus.
14.4. The bonus does not renew automatically, requires no stored card, is non-transferable and has no separate cash value.
14.5. Unused bonus premium and basic units expire at the end of the 30-day bonus period and do not carry over. If the Beneficiary already has a paid AI subscription, the bonus is recorded separately and remains subject to its own period.
14.6. If the main Order is cancelled before performance starts, the bonus is not activated or is terminated. Use of the bonus does not create a separate amount deducted from a refund for the main Package.
15. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds15.1. A consumer may cancel at any time subject to payment of the Provider’s actual, documented costs related to the specific agreement. Any unconditional non-refund term does not apply.
15.2. Before work starts, and where no costs have been incurred, the full amount is refunded. A documented non-refundable booking, Partner, interpreter, ticket or another actual cost may be deducted with a calculation.
15.3. After a one-off service starts, the refund equals the amount paid minus the value of completed and delivered stages and documented actual costs. Nomio provides a calculation and work list.
15.4. For 30-day AI access, the supplied portion is generally calculated proportionally to elapsed time. Used AI Units and consultations are not charged again on top of the time-based amount if included in the period.
15.5. On a full or partial refund for a specific paid AI period, unused units granted by that refunded period may be revoked. Retained units from earlier paid periods are not cancelled solely because the latest period is refunded.
15.6. Where a lesson is rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, rescheduling and cancellation are free, the lesson is not deducted, and the amount remains in the package or is refunded under this Section.
15.7. For cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or non-attendance, a lesson may be charged in full or in part only within actual costs where the tutor reserved time, was ready to teach, Nomio must pay for that slot, the rule was shown before purchase, cancellation was initiated by the student and no verified valid reason exists.
15.8. A valid reason may include illness, accident, flight delay or cancellation, material communications outage, emergency or another objective event the user could not reasonably prevent. The user gives notice as soon as possible and, where available, reasonable evidence. The Coordinator assesses circumstances in good faith; the lesson may be restored in full or in part.
15.9. If the tutor cancels, the lesson is never deducted. The user chooses a new slot with the same tutor, another tutor or a refund for the unprovided lesson. If continuing the package no longer serves its purpose, the user may request a refund of the unused part.
15.10. If Nomio cancels another service, the user is offered a new date, equivalent replacement or refund for the unprovided part.
15.11. A card-payment refund is normally returned to the original instrument. A Telegram Stars payment is refunded through Telegram in Stars where technically supported. If the platform permits only a full reversal of the relevant payment, Nomio may make a full refund instead of a calculated partial refund or agree another lawful method no less favourable to the user.
15.12. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but is not itself a refund request for the current period.
15.13. A request is sent to christ@antogi.ru with Order number, Payer name and requested remedy. Refund and price-reduction claims are handled within statutory periods; the generally applicable benchmark is ten calendar days. Posting time after dispatch depends on the bank, Telegram or another provider.
16. Quality and claims16.1. Where a service is defective, the consumer may require free correction, a price reduction, reimbursement of correction costs, or another statutory remedy.
16.2. Claims are sent to christ@antogi.ru and should include name, order number, breach, requested remedy, and supporting evidence.
16.3. The claim procedure is intended for prompt settlement and does not remove the right to apply to a court, Rospotrebnadzor, or another competent authority.
17. Intellectual property17.1. Rights in the Website, knowledge base, design, code, methods, universal templates, and Nomio materials belong to the Provider or the relevant rights holders.
17.2. After payment, the Customer receives a simple, non-exclusive licence to use delivered materials for personal, family, educational, and internal purposes. Resale, paid distribution, mass copying, and creation of a competing database are prohibited without consent.
17.3. The Customer retains ownership of their personalised information, documents, and source materials and warrants the right to provide them.
17.4. AI output may resemble output produced for others and may contain elements requiring rights review. Nomio does not guarantee uniqueness, patentability, or registration of exclusive rights.
18. Liability and limitations18.1. The parties are liable under applicable law. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18.2. Nomio is responsible for its own actions, not independent decisions by banks, universities, authorities, clinics, insurers, landlords, employers, or other third parties.
18.3. Nomio is not liable for consequences of false/incomplete input, illegal use of results, disregard of safety guidance, account sharing, or decisions made solely on AI output.
18.4. If paid AI access is materially unavailable due to Nomio for more than 24 consecutive hours, the period may be extended by the material downtime. A brief external outage does not mean the whole service was not provided.
19. Circumstances beyond control19.1. A party is not liable for failure caused by extraordinary and unavoidable events, infrastructure blocking, mass communications failure, public-authority actions, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented.
19.2. The affected party gives notice and takes reasonable mitigation steps. If performance becomes impossible or loses its purpose, completed work is accounted for and the unprovided portion is refunded.
20. Personal data20.1. Personal data is processed under the separate Privacy Policy. Consent is collected separately from this Offer.
20.2. Health data is accepted only after separate written consent or another statutory basis. Adult relatives consent independently.
20.3. Marketing and publication of a review/image require separate optional consent and are not conditions of the main purchase.
21. Term and amendments21.1. This Offer applies from publication until withdrawn or replaced. The version accepted at checkout and recorded in the system applies to the Order.
21.2. A new version applies to new Orders and newly self-paid periods. It does not reduce an already paid scope, except mandatory legal or security changes preserving equivalent functionality.
21.3. An automatic renewal remains governed by the version accepted when the subscription was connected until the user accepts a new version. Material changes to price, period, scope, auto-renewal or refunds apply after advance notice and renewed consent where required.
22. Governing law and disputes22.1. Russian law governs the relationship. Mandatory rights of a foreign consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded by a choice-of-law clause remain protected where applicable.
22.2. A consumer may bring a claim in any venue permitted by mandatory consumer law, including where provided by law the place of residence/stay, contract conclusion/performance, or Provider location.
22.3. Electronic correspondence, system logs, payment data, document versions, and official-bot messages may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by law.
