CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
For nomio.pro, the official Nomio Telegram bot, payment forms, support channels, and related services


1. Main consent for Website and bot usersI voluntarily, specifically, knowingly, and unambiguously consent to processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Mokobo Krist Lyudvikovich (ИП Мокобо Крист Людовикович), INN 522602521402, OGRNIP 323508100033571 dated 24 January 2023, address: 142714, Moscow Region, Vidnoye, Molokovo village, 6 Novo-Molokovsky Boulevard, Apt. 336, Russian Federation, e-mail: christ@antogi.ru (the “Controller”), under the conditions below.
1.1. Purposes·         identify and communicate with me;
·         process an enquiry and take pre-contract steps;
·         form and perform an order for a guide, consultation, coordination, lesson, document review, or Nomio AI access;
·         personalise the service, plan routes, prepare instructions and templates;
·         provide support, control quotas, maintain security, and investigate abuse;
·         process payment status, issue receipts, perform refunds, accounting, and tax compliance;
·         respond to requests, complaints, and legal claims;
·         improve the service through analytics where separately permitted.
Marketing messages are not included in this consent and require a separate optional consent.
1.2. Data covered·         name and surname;
·         telephone, e-mail, Telegram ID and username;
·         language, city, country, time zone;
·         order, package, payment status and receipt contact;
·         questionnaire answers, correspondence, messages, prompts, files, and interaction history;
·         education, university, flight, route, accommodation, citizenship, family, and immigration information to the extent necessary;
·         documents provided through a designated secure scenario where required;
·         technical data, cookies, device, browser, IP address, and system logs.
This main consent does not cover health information or other special categories. Those require Appendix 3 or another lawful basis.
1.3. Operations and methodsThe Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, compare, provide access to specified recipients, transfer where lawful, anonymise, block, delete, and destroy data using automated and non-automated methods.
No dissemination to an unlimited public is authorised. Publication of a review, photograph, or identifiable story requires a separate dissemination consent.
1.4. Recipients and services·         Tilda and website technical components;
·         Robokassa and payment/fiscal infrastructure;
·         Telegram for bot and support communications;
·         hosting, cloud, e-mail, CRM, security, and backup providers;
·         OpenAI or another AI provider only for minimised or de-identified request text by default;
·         coordinators, tutors, interpreters, and other partners only to the extent necessary for the selected service;
·         public authorities or courts where disclosure is legally required.
A partner that contracts directly with me may act as an independent controller under its own documents.
1.5. Cross-border transfers and AII understand that Telegram, AI providers, and some technical services may be located outside my country. A cross-border transfer is made only after the Controller completes applicable Russian-law requirements and, where necessary, obtains the required consent.
Full passports, medical files, card details, and other sensitive documents are not to be sent through the ordinary AI chat. The Controller may remove identifiers before using AI.
1.6. DurationThis consent applies from confirmation until the relevant purposes are achieved or I withdraw it, subject to statutory retention, accounting, fiscal, contractual, and dispute-related grounds described in the Privacy Policy.
1.7. Withdrawal and rightsI may withdraw consent or exercise my rights by writing to christ@antogi.ru with “Personal Data” in the subject line. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing and does not end processing required by law or another valid legal ground.
The Controller may request proportionate information to confirm my identity and relationship with an order, without requesting excessive documentation.
1.8. Electronic confirmationFor ordinary personal data, I may confirm this Consent by ticking a separate, unticked checkbox linked to the full text and submitting the form or bot action. The Controller records the document version, time, technical identifier, and relevant event to evidence consent.




Appendix 1. Consent of an adult Beneficiary or family memberI consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Mokobo Krist Lyudvikovich (ИП Мокобо Крист Людовикович) for provision of the selected Nomio service to me, including communication with the payer and coordinator where necessary. I confirm that I have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand the purposes, data categories, recipients, periods, and withdrawal procedure.
Appendix 2. Consent of a legal representative for a minorI, as parent or other legal representative, consent to the processing by Individual Entrepreneur Mokobo Krist Lyudvikovich (ИП Мокобо Крист Людовикович) of my data and the minor’s data for the selected Nomio service. I confirm my authority and undertake to provide supporting evidence upon a reasonable request.
  Appendix 3. Written consent for health information 
I expressly consent to the processing by Individual Entrepreneur Mokobo Krist Lyudvikovich (ИП Мокобо Крист Людовикович) of information relating to my health and insurance, solely to provide organisational assistance under the selected Health package. Nomio does not diagnose or prescribe treatment.
·         possible data: insurance policy/application, insurer, clinic, appointment, complaint or health fact strictly necessary for coordination, medical documents voluntarily provided;
·         purposes: compare insurance options, assist with an application, explain coverage, coordinate communication with insurer/clinic/interpreter, and arrange the first appointment or agreed case;
·         operations: receipt, review, storage for the limited case period, provision to the specifically listed recipients, blocking, deletion, and destruction;
·         retention: normally until 30 days after case closure unless a shorter period is requested or longer retention is legally required;
·         withdrawal: by written request to christ@antogi.ru, without affecting prior lawful processing.
